DESIGN FINALIZATION

The finalized orders for small regular orders is exactly on the date when the order/s was made by the customer. For customized designs, either for small or large scale orders including of Event Packages, the final payment is also the final date for any changes in size, style, or etc. of the product. Any changes requested after the final payment will be charge to additional rush order charge and Baked-in-Tune will not guaranteed this changes will be given in time.
Order Policies
PLACING ORDERS
We try to keep our promise of delivering freshly baked quality products, but we highly recommend placing your orders ahead of time. Orders for custom decorated orders are expected to be placed at least 1 week before pick up or delivery. For regular orders at least three (3) days lead time on the other hand is given to be able to accommodate all orders. Baked-in-Tune does not accommodate last-minute custom orders.
MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We’ve worked hard to serve you best through our freshly baked quality products. Because of this, Baked-in-tune will not be able to accommodate modifications on the given order/orders on the date of pick up or delivery, whereas orders on such stipulated time will automatically considered final. However, for customized orders, a consideration of five (5) days before the given delivery date is welcome. Thank you for understanding!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders which can also be canceled with sufficient notice. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that Baked-in-Tune can fix any errors, and return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.
CUSTOM ORDERS
For customized orders the customer/s must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit fee. For cancellation of small scale of custom order/s the advancement of orders must be at least a week while for a large scale orders including our event packages at least a month is expected.
In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeited (and cannot be credited toward future purchases). The final payment for small scale order/s must be given at least three (3) days before the delivery date and for large scale order/s must be given at least one week before the delivery date.

If the final payment is not made by this date the order is considered cancelled.
